I am trauma informed and use lived experience to build strong relationships with my clients. I specialize in dissociative disorders, unmasking autism and accepting disability, internalized ableism, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ community, and family or origin trauma.

Specifically, I am passionate about Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing treatment. I am fully trained in EMDR by Institute for Creative Mindfulness. Majority of my experience has been working with women who have a history of trauma, CPTSD, PTSD. I enjoy assisting women in healing from unhealthy relationships, narcissistic abuse, complex trauma, childhood trauma, etc. I enjoy utilizing a combination of treatment modalities that encompasses the Mind, Body, and Spirit. I am also a Lgbtq ally. I have worked with women in Domestic violence. I enjoy working with clients in an individual, couples, and/or group setting.
