I have two master’s degrees in both Social Work and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology. You may be experiencing anxiety, sadness, anger, or highs and lows because of chemical dependency, trauma, a mood disorder, or relationship issues. With over 25 years' experience working with clients across the lifespan and numerous social and cultural backgrounds, I aim to provide a safe space where clients can feel heard, understood, and most importantly, get answers. My focus of treatment is of CPTSD, or complex trauma, which is a condition brought on by chiildhood traumas that were ongoing and of multiple dimensions. With a combination of DBT skills, trauma work and lots of just listening, I can help you to free yourself from trauma-related beliefs and reactions that are holding you back from living a productive and satisfying life.

Counseling For Wellness believes that counseling is an individual experience. Beth Gracey has over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families as an independently licensed social worker. She graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Master's degree in Social Work. She has been the Children's Program Coordinator at the County of Summit Alcohol, Drug Addiction, and Mental Health Services Board for over 10 years. She serves as co-chair of the Summit County Youth Suicide Prevention Committee, and Summit County Trauma Informed Care Coalition. She is a Level One Certified Trauma Practitioner and certified perinatal mood disorder specialist.
