Hello! We are a Holistic full service practice that currently includes 10 therapists, a certified Hypnotherapist, and a Parenting Practitioner. We offer therapy as well as immersive experiences with a high specialization through EMDR, somatic experiencing therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy. We treat adults, adolescents, couples, families, and children starting at age 4. While all practitioners at the practice are united by a Holistic modality, we each specializes in different areas of treatment and are constantly expanding our skillset to benefit the community and individuals we serve.

We provide holistic counseling services that aim to meet the emotional needs of individuals throughout the community. Areas of specialization include managing moods, working through interpersonal conflict, and improving emotional management/coping associated with anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Through the application of diagnostic assessments and services geared towards individuals, we strive to meet the holistic, psychosocial, and ever-changing needs of our clients.

Traditionally trained in psychodynamic and CBT. However, clients who are open to an overarching paradigm of spiritual/energy concepts have proven to benefit the most from CognoSpiritual Psychotherapy which I developed to address clinical issues, e.g., anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other psychological/emotional issues associated with living and working in this world. A fundamental assumption of the paradigm is that "God" is spirit/energy in All things, people, situations (omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent energy), not limited to man-made divisions of faith and practice.

My current practice is focused on helping the helpers. I enjoy working with a large range of human service professionals and caregivers from therapists to parents to teachers to first responders, nurses, and doctors to hairdressers. Those who are on their feet providing for others are my cup of tea. Burn out, secondary trauma, and re-aligning purpose are some of my specialties. I would love to create space where you can process, grow, and replenish your passion.

Ambulatory detox, Medication Assisted Treatment, PHP, IOP (intensive outpatient therapy, virtual IOP, outpatient therapy, Aftercare, and Case Management Services. .If clients are in need of a higher level of care prior to coming to Dove, I will assist in the process with a partnering detox facility. Ideal clients for Dove Recovery are those men, and women struggling with mental health, drugs, and alcohol. We do exceptional work with those who have mental health issues, such as bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and others, with a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder. Walk-ins welcome.

It is my belief there is no crisis or concern too insurmountable or insignificant where the presence of a supportive therapeutic relationship cannot be beneficial. I have also heard story after story about what happens when clients do not go to correct option. With marriage and relationships, everything is on the line. I also know folks are struggling individually. Relationships bring true satisfaction and are the core to wellness. I help with the entire continuum of friendship to intimate relationships. 90 percent of my clients complete assessment and then reach their goal. The couples program now has 25 years of success.
