Currently offering teletherapy/in-person. Clients are met where they are and tackle concerns by utilizing personal strengths and wellness practice. Clients who work with me desire to grow internally, professionally, interpersonally, and physically. I work with concerns ranging from academic/professional issues, transition & self-growth to anxiety, depression, and developmental issues. In addition clients come for couples and family concerns and always receive affirmative, culturally-responsive counseling. LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and others marginalized by society are affirmed, celebrated, and honored on their journey toward liberation.

I provide psychotherapy/counseling and clinical interventions for individuals, adults, adolescents children, families and groups. With more than 37 years of experience in providing assessment, and interventions for mental (behavioral) health and substance use related issues. I have also invested many years developing, applying, and perfecting psychotherapy techniques including but not limited to Existential Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, family systems Therapy.

Dr. Jessica Headley (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional clinical counselor- supervisor and certified specialist in perinatal mental health with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her specialty interests include: girls’ and women’s issues, gender issues, career development, gerontology, and integrating creativity and positive psychology into counseling practice. She utilizes treatment approaches that are evidence-based and uniquely tailored to each client.

We are a small private practice, established to grow a brand based on transparency in therapy, clinicians who are passionate about their jobs and ongoing interpersonal and professional growth. Our clinicians are trained to treat all mental health diagnoses.
