Helping adults, couples, adolescents, and families have more fulfilling lives is a joy and passion. It is important to show people you care by treating them with kindness and respect. I work with people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and survivors of stress-related trauma including emotional and sexual abuse, and neglect. As a therapist at a mental health hospital, I facilitated psychotherapy groups and counseled patients struggling with severe depression, severe anxiety, substance use disorder, and stress-related and psychotic disorders. I am also passionate about marriage and enjoy helping couples work through challenges in their relationships.

I have worked in outpatient clinics, community mental health centers, and college counseling. I have experience working with adults, children, and adolescents in individual, family, and group-based therapy. I also have experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments for a wide range of behavioral and psychological issues. My clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, adjustment and relationship difficulties, stress and anger management, behavioral pain management, employee-assistance programs (EAPs), psychological assessment, and working with individuals of diverse multicultural backgrounds.

I provide Telehealth sessions Mon - Thurs from 10a est - 5p EST. I am focused on working with adults and adolescents. I do not work with couples or children younger than 12. I am trauma and attachment focused. I offer a client-centered, affirming, collaborative, relational approach. I support clients struggling with Trauma, PTSD, and Grief & Loss. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic trauma therapy) and Board Certified in Art Therapy. I am also LGBTQ allied and am affirming of all sexual, gender and relational identities. I am a Clinical Supervisor and can provide supervision to pre-licensed MFT/ATR trainees.
