I am interested in helping and in understanding. My ideal client would be someone, who is willing to take the necessary time to educate me about him or herself, and who would be willing to reflect on events involved in and outside of the therapy session. I am an ordained minister of pastoral care and a certified temperament counselor working towards my Masters degree in clinical Christian counseling. I felt the Lord calling me into this field when I was 17 years old struggling with my own emotions. I didn't always feel understood by those around me which caused me to bottle up my emotions. My passion today is making children and teens feel heard and understood. My goal is to draw struggling teens and children closer to God while helping them discover who God created them to be.
