I enjoy working with individuals, groups and families who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, grief/loss issues, etc. I am interested in working with children (10+), adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and People of Color who are ready and willing to work on repairing their relationships with self and others (peers, partners, family and friends).
I have a vast array of training in areas such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Play Therapy, etc. and I have received certifications in family therapy, Trauma Stress Studies, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Y-CBT. I'm currently enrolled in the second level at the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute.
