I am a licensed clinical psychologist located in Cary, NC providing individual (ages 18-85+) and marital therapy. I have extensive experience working with survivors of traumatic events (combat, sexual assault, childhood abuse, domestic violence, car accidents, and natural disasters) and aiding them in their recovery. I am often inspired by the resilience and fortitude amongst this population. My areas of expertise are PTSD, depression, panic, anxiety, OCD, grief and loss, and emotion regulation. I also specialize in working with couples to improve communication, decrease conflict, enhance intimacy, and address infidelity.

A traumatic experience can be anything that has been emotionally difficult to endure.
