My clients struggle with body image, relationship problems, or oftentimes a general sense of not feeling "good enough." Sometimes this shows up as anxiety in a romantic partnership, at work, or in the way they view their bodies.
My background in human sexuality and clinical social work allow me to help my clients explore issues like grief, self-doubt, body image, and nuanced relational patterns in a nurturing environment. I help my clients understand underlying patterns that might not be initially part of their awareness.
