Life presents all of us with challenges but if we meet the challange and learn from it then we also grow from it.
Every person comes to therapy with different needs and not one technique works for everyone. I try and meet the client where they are so that together we can find solutions for their problems.
I offer alternative ways to work-some people enjoy doing art, others like to write and some want to just talk. I am EMDR certified which can be helpful for trauma or limiting beliefs about oneself. I also do Brainspotting, the most helpful way through trauma there is.
