Hello, I am Trisha and would love to work with you. I have 20 years of experience in the field of social work. I have been a therapist for 8 years. I have experience treating trauma based issues and all of treatment is trauma informed. I have vast experience with anxiety, depression and defiant behavior in people of all ages. I am skilled in EMDR and CBT. I use a person centered approach to all of my clients, which means that you will get a treatment plan specifically made for you. Over the past 18 years I have found clients seeking my assistance who are searching for ways to improve their lives.
