I have experience working with victims of various types of trauma including sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and child abuse. I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults of various ages.

Based on research, training, experience and a lifelong mission to help others, I have spent the last 25+ years supporting others, especially trauma and abuse victims, on their healing journeys. I believe all people were created with dignity and worth for relationships as beautiful masterpieces that are fragmented by both small and large traumas due to the brokenness of our world. My passion is to walk alongside others in their healing, equipping them with the tools they need to address their emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual goals in pursuing restoration and wholeness. I use age-appropriate interventions to assist children in working towards resolution of the emotional distress that drives problem behaviors. I work closely with parents to support them in learning to reconnect with their children on an emotional level. I work with autistic children and adults who struggle with anxiety and depression.
