My experience is assisting individuals working through addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, life transitions, and personal growth.

My approach to counseling is from a holistic perspective because people are complete beings made up of mind, body, and spirit. I apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which recognizes the way one thinks impacts how one feel and behave. I specialize in EMDR and Rapid Resolution Therapy to help eliminate emotional pain without reliving the trauma.

My goal is to provide clients with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgemental environment where they can process past wounds, discuss thoughts and feelings, and achieve greater self-awareness.
