I work as an Integral Psychotherapist (Gestalt, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment-based). Additionally, I work with an overarching Buddhist influence in working with emotional and physical awareness, and being present in the here and now. I focus on helping you to become your authentic self, in hopes that you can live a freer and more joyous life.
