The people who choose to work with me often want something more than traditional talk therapy. People come to me who are experiencing challenges in relationships with themselves and others. This includes struggling in the relationship to being in your own body. I combined talk therapy with a number of mindfulness and somatic based modalities to meet you where you are and explore together what healing can look like. I work with individuals and couples or other relationship configurations. I also offer psychedelic integration integration therapy.

Relational Somatic Healing is a method of therapeutic touch. It is light touch done fully clothed, usually on a massage table. Touch, is always optional, and always done with ongoing consent. This work is especially effective for nervous system regulation and healing developmental trauma, preverbal attachment wounds, and shock trauma.

Safe, consent based touch can reach places words alone cannot. When we are held with consent, respect, and care, a signal is sent from our skin to our brain and entire nervous system that we’re safe in this moment. When we feel safe inside, profound healing then becomes possible.
