I offer 2, 3, 4 hours or more of EMDR Intensive therapy. This approach is much more efficient and allows clients to heal at a better pace. Intensive treatment typically takes approximately 12-15 hours in total. I also offer hourly sessions. My focus of treatment is of CPTSD, or complex trauma, which is a condition brought on by chiildhood traumas that were ongoing and of multiple dimensions. With a combination of DBT skills, trauma work and lots of just listening, I can help you to free yourself from trauma-related beliefs and reactions that are holding you back from living a productive and satisfying life.

As an LPCC, I use traditional based counseling skills in the therapy process. With an added specialty as a Dance/Movement Therapist and EMDR Therapist, I believe this diverse set of skills allows clients to explore their needs and experiences.
