I AM accepting new clients! Let’s face it, asking for help can be one of the most difficult things to do. It might seem easier to search online and try to figure things out by yourself. Looking things up online is convenient, but the value of person-to-person communication with a professional who applies evidenced-based care in a safe and supportive setting is irreplaceable. I assist with life challenges such as anxiety/stress, trauma recovery/PTSD, relationship issues, communication issues, conflict management, adjustment issues, spirituality, transitions into new phases of life, and managing mental health symptoms in general.
Currently, I have over 13 years of therapeutic experience. My approach puts your needs in mind first. I am Gottman Method Level 3 Trained, a Certified Prepare and Enrich Facilitator, and an EMDR Therapist (in training). I use person-centered, strengths-based, cognitive behavioral, and integrative approaches to empower you to change your life for the better.
