I believe we all have times in our lives when we become overwhelmed and may need help from another person. If this is your first-time seeking help, it can be intimidating to choose a therapist and begin the journey to healing. My goal is to create a safe place for clients to explore challenging areas of their lives. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance abuse, relationship issues and life transitions. No matter where you find yourself in the life journey you will be welcomed and provided with compassionate support.
With years of experience and extensive training, I incorporate a variety of healing modalities in my practice. EMDR, cognitive and dialectical behavior therapies, attachment theory, and mindfulness and meditation practices. The goal is to help build resiliency, increase self-esteem and learn to create healthy boundaries with others.
