New Day Center for Counseling is a community-based counseling program that seeks to help individuals who are facing difficulty with solving their past and current situations; such as low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, communication issues, relationship issues, substance abuse recovery, and other situations that you believe that we can assist with.
We believe that all people, no matter who they are, have gifts, talents and purpose; and that if they commit their mind to doing something positive in their lives, they will succeed in doing the things that they most enjoy. We offer online counseling to Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia residents.
Our goal is to provide you with the best service there is and to be sure that your goals are being met to the best of my ability. We look forward to you having a "New Day". We use a psycho-educational, cognitive-behavioral approach to treatment, and skill-based interventions.

The Art of Positive Communication
The Art of Positive Communication focuses on teaching adults how to have healthy communication, ability to provide effective and firm discipline to children and adolescents. This training will use The Nurtured Heart Approach® (NHA) techniques- a communication approach that helps bring out the positive character traits in everyone- especially children and adolescents who are intense. NHA is truly an approach that will change your thinking; how you look at children, adolescents and others. This is an effective- unique approach to improving everyone's life. We offer 1 hour, 3 hours, 6 hours or 6 weeks group. Call to sign up.
