At Wreh's Wellness Services, we enjoy working with children (ages 5+), families, adolescents, couples, individuals and groups. We work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stressor related concerns, grief and loss, personality disorders, self-esteem, familial relationship challenges, addiction, trauma and other psychosocial symptoms. We have experiences providing supportive and counseling services to individuals in schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics and in the home.

As the owner of Lotus Hope Counseling, LLC, I have more than 6 years experience as a licensed professional and a Certified First Responder Counselor working with diverse populations who struggle with mental health and/or addiction across a lifespan. This includes but not limited to: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and adjustment to transitions. I strive to promote my clients' personal growth by supporting, aiding and guiding the client in processing their past, identifying current patterns and creating lasting changes so they can transform into what they define as the best version of themselves.

New Directions Mental Health is an outpatient mental health care provider dedicated to serving Pennsylvania and the local Washington area. At our Meadowlands clinic we provide a broad array of services including psychotherapy, child & adolescent therapy, group therapy, child & adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, medication management, and TMS therapy. TMS therapy, also known as Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, is an effective, non-invasive, low-risk treatment that has shown success in treating major depressive disorder and other forms of treatment resistant depression.

Dr. Edwards is a Clinical Forensic Psychologist, Ms. Grudowski is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and Ms. Golling is a Masters level clinician in Clinical Forensic work. They serve the greater Pittsburgh area, as well as across the Commonwealth. Dr. Edwards is unique as their academic training in Forensic Psychology involved both law and psychology specialty coursework. All associates have extensive forensic and clinical experience working with juveniles, adults, and families.

When you think about how far you have come from your past, you are amazed. The steps that you have taken to get to where you are today did not seem possible three years ago. Even though your situation has completely changed and life is incredible, it still doesn’t feel that way. You feel guilty about what has been left behind. Extreme emotions come up from smells, sights, or statements, and you can’t control it. Nightmares cause you fear when you think about sleeping. You are sick of living this way and want to find some sort of peace but don’t know how or where to start.

My passion stems from wanting to help others. It is my personal belief that everyone has a story and everyone has the capacity for change. Together, we can work on constructing that person’s narrative.

My focus as a therapist is to assist my clients in recognizing their strengths and using them to become the best person they can be. I specialize in working with the LGBT community on a variety of issues and am a sex-positive therapist. I use a trauma-informed approach with all of my clients and have been helping those who have been through various traumas in their lives throughout my years of practice.

It is a courageous act to trust others with our innermost cognitive and emotional experiences: our pain, our worries, our anger, even our hopes and aspirations. Pause for a moment to recognize yourself for considering this step in your journey.

Currently accepting new clients! Being able to connect with a therapist is hard. Really hard. Especially if you are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. Am I right? Feeling "other" has become so normal that we often don't even realize we are merely surviving because we don't know there's another way to exist. Stress, shame, and all of the other emotions swirling around create a tornado that is hard to get out of. That's where I come in. I'm a LGBTQIA+, relationship (i.e. CNM), and culturally affirming therapist with lived experience as a queer woman with a trans partner, as well as assisted reproduction and gender-expansive parenting.

I operate from a psychodynamic-interpersonal perspective and utilize relational-cultural and feminist frameworks to explore how our identities and experiences have been influenced by the environments and systems we exist in. My areas of interest include working with concerns related to identity development, late adolescence and emergent/early adulthood, interpersonal and relational concerns, women’s concerns, and family of origin trauma.

Life has many challenges which can sometimes feel overwhelming. My passion is helping others through these moments. I support my clients to feel better and show up in their lives as the people they want to be. My clients learn to build confidence, improve their relationships with themselves and others, and address negative patterns that are holding them back. I see my role as equal parts collaborator, support, and guide for the journey.
