Known by many different names and through many different senses - center, core, soul, real-self, heart or unconscious, it is wise and kind and delights to do no harm, and intends only good. We all have a longing to connect to this profound potential, goodness and love within ourselves, within others and in all. I enjoy supporting folks in their journey back to this connection.

Clients I see often want to adopt a holistic lifestyle, focusing on overall wellness.and those who are trying to find their true self and their passions. This may be due to loss, life change, coming of age, or focus on others rather than self. They often want to learn to balance roles in life and find the truth in their own purpose. Common reasons for starting therapy include anxiety, gender/sexual identity, addiction, relationship distress, grief, depression, and psychedelic integration.

Oftentimes, people just need someone to listen to them, to help them work through an issue, and sort out their feelings. That's where I come in as a licensed psychotherapist as well as a medical social worker. I'm skilled at hearing what people are saying and helping them to figure out strategies for improving their situation. I work with a variety of clients ---men, women and children from all sexualities, gender identities, and races to help them with all sorts of issues. My clientele ranges in ages; however, a majority of my clients are in their early 30's.

Therapy, an all-queer and gender-affirming private practice, I am here to offer unwavering hope and compassion. I use a trauma informed approach, and I offer full program DBT, as well as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.

I often view my work as supporting bodies in transition - in whatever form that comes. Many of my clients are those with medical illness or injury, caregivers, mothers, or trauma survivors who are faced with the impact that change in their physical self has on their mental and emotional well-being. Clients often wish to explore the mind-body connection, integrate non-verbal approaches, or find a new perspective on therapy. I also work with infants and children who deserve the same compassionate care, but don't benefit from verbal therapy in the same way.
