I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is committed to partnering with clients to identify strategies that can help them work through life’s difficulties. I understand the complex relationship between thinking and emotions, as well as the impact it can have on mood. I treat issues of anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and (sexual) trauma, substance use/abuse, grief/ loss and complex family dynamics. I have many years of experience of working with diverse populations and assisting them with developing and reaching their goals. I identify as a social work first focusing on life issues to mitigate mental health issues.

Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness...more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers, finding this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. As a result, we tend toward an Integrative approach and help our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Utilizing a holistic and systemic approach we help clients reintegrate the parts of themselves to function better as individuals and within their systems. Our focus tends toward a systems based approach using behavior methods.

As a neurodiverse multiracial queer individual, I have often reflected on my understanding of self and my relationship to community. I recognize that there are few spaces for individuals with marginalized identities that are safe for exploration and processing, and I work to create a non-judgmental space for people to feel seen and supported. I believe that therapy is a collaborative space for individuals to develop their own stories through exploration and healing. My clinical approach is client-focused, centers on empowerment and social justice, somatic awareness, and trauma.

Jacquelyn is a Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in working systemically with individuals, couples, and families. She experience in both community mental health and partial hospitalization settings, treating issues of anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and (sexual) trauma. She is adamant about addressing matters surrounding high conflict relationships, communication, first and second-generation challenges, grief and loss and complex family dynamics.

I received my Master’s degree from the University of Illinois – Chicago’s Jane Addams College of Social Work. I have an extensive background of working with teen women and young adults with a passion for those in need. I have a history of working with those who may struggle with anxiety or depression due to a variety of complex traumas or various life circumstances. I’m passionate about meeting people where they are, helping them create goals, figure out how to overcome obstacles, and celebrating them in their victories!

Allie Wills is a relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed therapist for adults and adolescents. She works from an intersectional, social justice perspective. In therapy, she focuses on providing a safe space and joining you to help you explore who you want to be and how you want to live. She is compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative.

I specialize in helping women and other folx navigate the many transitions and challenges we face throughout our lives. Issues surrounding self-esteem and self-worth, anxiety and depression, relationships and friendships, marriage and divorce, fertility and motherhood, postnatal mood disorders, work-life balance, stress management, and grief and loss can all be addressed in a safe, judgement free space, focused on healing and growth. Hi, my name is Dr. Celia and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who opened my practice to help those who want to make a change in their lives. I specialize in working with trauma across the lifespan, which is how I know how significantly our brains and bodies can shift after a difficult event and/or a series of difficult life circumstances. Therapy is a space for us to explore how our past informs who we are. Being able to form meaningful relationships is a key part of our mental wellness, but it isn’t always so easy to do.

My services are completely client focused. Depending on the client's needs, my goal is to help my client address unresolved trauma that is currently affecting their daily life, provide brief symptom focused treatment, provide life coaching and assist client in setting life goals and setting them on the path to achievement. From my own personal journey, I have a passion for working with those confronting uncertainties around their sense of identity and how they express themselves. These uncertainties may be from issues related to gender identity and sexuality, difficulties with body image, or feeling lost in the transitional stages of life. I deeply value understanding the unique background of every individual and how the intersectionality of various identities impacts the equally unique nature of everyone's lived experiences. I believe this understanding is the key to developing an effective approach to finding and living as our most authentic selves.

My methodology is rooted in mindfulness and existential psychotherapy, however I also draw from cognitive behavioral therapies. My most recent work, prior to private practice, centered on providing individualized therapy and attachment-focused parenting skills to foster parents. This work informs a trauma-informed perspective I incorporate with all of my clients. Additional areas of specialization include: dissociation, Illness Anxiety Disorder/Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, as well as sex, intimacy, and relationships.
