I have been honored to work in the mental health field for 7 years. During my tenure I have worked with individuals suffering from Grief, Bereavement, Depression, Bi-polar disorder, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, you name it, I have most likely seen it. Although working through these illnesses with individuals has been rewarding, the greatest moments have been celebrating the small victories clients make during the process of recovery. I have had the pleasure of witnessing the growth and seeing change through providing person-centered therapy.

I am a queer, nonbinary therapist who specializes in working with clients of all ages who are exploring their gender, sexual or romantic identity, and/or sexual trauma. There's no such thing as TMI in therapy with me: we can talk about sex, dating, abuse, religion, money, family, and other "shameful" topics without judgment. We can cuss, cry, laugh, share memes, and make darkly inappropriate jokes about mental health. Therapy requires honesty and cutting through the bs; we find healing and joy through authentic connection with others.
