I have over 25 years of experience. Most of us are faced with situations and issues at some point in our life we never dreamed would happen to us. When navigating what life throws at us it's not only helpful, but important for our long term recovery, to have the right support along the way. As a therapist with over twenty-five years of experience I have helped and supported many individuals, couples and families work through issues ranging from anxiety and depression to infidelity, financial stress, illness and death, separation, interpersonal and family conflict, addictions, identity and sexuality issues, as well as abuse issues.

Life can be difficult to navigate at times but you do not have to do it alone. In our work together I wont try to fix you, tell you what to do or assume what’s best for you. However, I will remind you that you aren't broken, give you room to access your own wisdom, support you in figuring out what to do, and collaborate with you on how to make the hard stuff easier to sit with. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and that it's my job to walk along side you and empower you to work with your own self knowledge during this process of growth and healing. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for this transformative work.

Carolyn works primarily with adults, and has experience working with chemical dependency, people living with HIV, LGBTQ+ folks, life transitions, people in non-traditional relationship models (such as polyamory and people belonging to kink communities) and mood disorders.
