We are a boutique counseling practice located in the Alamo Heights. We specialize in working with high achievers using a systemic appraoch. We have therapists with varying specialties including play therapy, teen therapy, adult counseling, EMDR/trauma, and couples counseling.

I currently serve as a Licensed Professional Counselor, providing counseling services including individual, group, couple and family counseling with a specialty in working with kids from as young as 2 years old.

These impasses act as barriers that keep our relationships from growing or moving forward. Counseling /therapy gives a person the opportunity to see a "barrier" from a different perspective while acquiring new skills to move through the barrier or eliminating the barrier it self. Many times our underline intentions are good ones but our solutions to a problem may become barriers themselves. We may just need a different perspective or create a new way of behaving.

I completed the following degrees, licenses, & certifications to provide comprehensive care for clients: Registered Nurse, Functional Medicine Practitioner, Board-Certified Faith-Based Therapist, Psychology Graduate, Licensed Minister, & Certified Life/Wellness Coach. I am fundamentally motivated to lead others to overcome challenges & odds as I serve them by offering advice, education, treatment & emotional support helping to make an impact that produces positive substantial changes in their lives. In addition, I utilize labs and licensed pharmaceutical-grade nutraceuticals to help my clients achieve better health.

Yes I'm a therapist, but I'm also a woman of color, a mother, a first-generation American, and a person who has experienced loss.
