What does it mean to be erotically marginalized and how can we as mental health professionals serve such individuals holistically, effectively, and compassionately? This is the question that drives my work as a therapist. Do you experience struggles with intimacy that are tied to your identity as queer, kinky, polyamorous, a sex worker, and/or an individual living with chronic illness and/or or disability? Have struggles with food and body image made you feel like a stranger in your own skin? Have past hurts robbed you of the connections you crave for long enough? There is no need to feel alone in these struggles anymore.

My desire is to work with people who are exploring their relationships and sexuality, whether monogamous or non-monogamous. I am kink friendly and sex positive. I have experience working with depression, anxiety and substance use disorders, although these are not my current primary focus. I think that the mind-body connection is essential, both in expressing desire and maintain lifelong health.

My private practice is focused on helping people curious about and/or practicing consensual/ethical non-monogamy, solo poly, relationship anarchy, and any alternative relationship style. I am BDSM/kink-aware and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist serving clients via zoom in California and Oregon.
