My mission is to walk alongside individuals, couples, families, adults, and adolescents during any of the challenges life is throwing at them, not matter how big or small, while honoring foundational Christian truths of scripture. My goal for each person who walks through our doors is to experience the compassionate care available in an environment that promotes safety and healing. Together, we will work to increase personal insight and motivation to change those things that are harmful, whether it be in negative relationships, feelings of hopelessness, or addictive behaviors.

Through individual, family, teen, couples, and group counseling, our hope is that each person will come to appreciate the uniqueness of their personalities and find new avenues of self discovery.

With over a decade of experience, I specialize in helping clients create secure, healthy attachments to their loved ones and with themselves. Most of my clients are what I call, "cycle breakers." They are highly successful people who want to strengthen their mental heath and relationships. I do this through Emotionally Focused Therapy and the method of re-parenting, which is a way of giving oneself what they needed as a child and allows them to break unhealthy patterns.

I provide a sex-positive environment for those who are working to understand themselves better, whether that be regarding sexuality, gender, mental health, and other aspects of identity. I work with individuals, couples, multi-partnered systems, and families. I have a background working with teens in the LGBTQ+ community and their families, as well as a history of educating this population to bridge the gap between parents and their children who hold these identities.
