I bring experience with challenges connected to sexual orientation, a family member coming out, and same-gender relationships, ENM couples, queer couples, as well as transgender individuals.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NH. I have experience working with a wide range of individuals through my previous work experience in community mental health clinics, and group private practice. I strongly believe that a person is not their diagnosis and that each client is unique. I have a highly individualized approach, matching evidenced based treatments and a warm approach to meet each person where they are at. I have over ten years experience and a background in working with adults who have Autism disorders as well as a mental health condition, and am passionate about serving this population. In addition, I am skilled working with those who have trauma and anxiety.
