I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I have worked for 20 years in mental health, addiction, and disability services with people of all ages in home, community, inpatient, and office settings. Clients contact me with a variety of needs. Some have never been in therapy or have had negative experiences with therapists, whom they feel didn't adequately address their needs. I strive to provide a safe atmosphere of empathy and compassion where you can finally feel accepted and heard. I offer tools, coping skills, and resources to help you tackle current challenges and meet your goals.

I have a wait list for new couples.** I work with individuals and couples impacted by trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, intimacy/sexual concerns, relational distress, ambivalence, and stress. My work with couples includes addressing trust and communication issues, providing premarital counseling, repairing after infidelity, intimacy concerns, and reconnecting. I work with young adults surrounding issues such as stress, anger, anxiety, relationship choices, bullying/peer pressure, sexuality concerns, conflict with parents or other family members, and life transitions.

My approach to the collaborative effort of psychotherapy is influenced by structural/strategic family systems theory, informing the process of joining with clients to clarify their roles in relationship, family, and community. Creative engagement in experiential learning assists individuals, couples, and families in gaining a fresh perspective through focused work that brings lasting results. I endeavor, in every client relationship, to de-mystify the daunting prospect of change, empowering personal choice in difficult circumstances through guided self-exploration.

Tracey is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with additional training in trauma recovery, post-traumatic stress disorder/symptoms (PTSD), Sensory Processing Disorders, Equine Assisted Mental Health (EAMH), and Sex Therapy. Her unique experience embodies a holistic approach. She combines traditional talk therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), equine therapy, and somatic techniques for effective symptom relief and client empowerment. Tracey works with military personnel and their families, couples, and the LGBTQIA community. Tracey is knowledgeable of world religions, Native American spirituality and Christian faiths; she is understanding of individuals who consider themselves atheist, humanist, agnostic, seeker, or other.
