I started my career as an electrical engineer in the aerospace industry, working and leading teams for the International Space Station and a satellite mission. Wanting to work more closely with people, I switched to business strategy consulting, traveling to Fortune 100 companies on a weekly basis for two years. While I got the chance to solve complex problems, I realized I wanted to help people solve the problems that mattered to them at a deeper level. This, coupled with my own recovery journey, is what drives me to do exceptional therapy work today.

Dr. Morgan Enright has been helping individuals, couples, and families over the last decade find health and wholeness. As co-founder of One:12 Counseling, he is passionate about helping people become emotionally and spiritually healthy as individuals as well as in their relationships, working with: couples to develop healthy communication, process anger and disappointment, heal from past hurt, and deal with sexual intimacy difficulties; families in turmoil to be able to heal and reconnect; adolescents and young adults to develop healthy life skills, positive goals, and foster their identity in Christ; men who struggle with pornography and sexual addiction to find freedom and wholeness.

With years of training & personal analysis, I am solidly qualified to treat individuals/couples/families for mental health issues like anxiety & depression & interpersonal issues. I am certified as an EATING DISORDER expert (CEDS) & provide treatment for SEXUAL ISSUES with training from NYU Langone Medical. I am an Associate Member of SSTAR (Society for Sex Therapy & Research.) My approaches are fueled by many years of training in psychological theories. The decision to enter the counseling process may involve letting go of stigmas and fears. I hold a PhD in counseling from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and am a certified hypnotherapist. My theoretical approach to counseling employs aspects of person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and reality therapy. All are well established and respected therapies.
