With over 10 years of being in practice, I believe it is my role to provide a safe and compassionate space for each person that chooses to share their experience with me. My job is to help each person I see to explore past hurts, to put voice to feelings, and to help each person make meaning out of their life. It is my belief that many of us walk this world not fully allowing ourselves to come into our own, due to a fear of not being accepted and due to limiting beliefs given to us by others. I am here to help you heal your past traumas, the unhealthy attachments you experienced, and to build a future that is full of peace and ease.
As a counselor, I will provide a space of unconditional acceptance and compassion, in order to allow others to begin to see their authentic self. I will use different methods that suit each person and will encourage each person to make this process their own.
Please contact through my website at www.acceptancecounselingassociates.com. I would love to try to answer any questions you may have in order to identify if I would be a good fit for you!

I work with adult individuals, couples and families who may be struggling with anxiety, depression and trauma. I will work to get to know you and help you connect-the-dots of where you may be repeating an unhealthy familiar for yourself and within your relationships. Many people experience some relief after the first few initial sessions; and benefit in making this process a long-term investment.

The foundation of my therapeutic approach is based in the tenets of humanism. It is in this foundation where the belief is held that you are an expert on you and you are the key to unlock yourself from prison. Other approaches including trauma-based therapy will be imparted in your experience. In my approach, you will learn how to be the best advocate for yourself which allows for healing.
