I am committed to sharing everything I know which I believe will help heal the difficulties in one's life. I am inspired each day by the courage clients have each moment they show up for therapy. I became a therapist because, to me, the value in life comes when you return to your value within.

My goal as a mental health provider is to create an inclusive, non-judgmental space for all clients I work with. I believe in meeting the client where they are at and collectively developing a plan that allows the client to achieve their personal goals. I focus on issues related to self-esteem, relationships, sexuality, sexual health, anxiety, and many other challenges that life brings our way.

My clinical skills are vast after over 30 years in private practice and 40 years as a social worker. I have worked with the military in Europe as a family therapist and participate in the Give an Hour Program here in Kentucky. I serve on several boards including the Kent School Social Work Board, and the National Association of Social Work Ethics Committee.

Kelsey has experience working with neurodiverse individuals with ADHD and autism. She provides trauma therapy and mindfulness practice to her clients. I work through an Existential foundation, to help those I work with seek meaning and purpose, with skills built from experience with Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy, all within the context of a trauma-informed approach.
