I am committed to helping individuals and their partners overcome relationship, sex, and intimacy concerns. I welcome the opportunity to work with a diverse array of individuals from varying ages, sexual orientations, gender identities, relationship dynamics, and racial and cultural backgrounds. I have experience working with a variety of presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. I also have a passion for working with LGBTIQ related concerns such as coming out, transitioning, sexual health, and HIV/AIDS.

My clients may be struggling with a variety of issues commonly including sexually compulsive behavior, relational challenges, unresolved trauma, substance abuse, or codependency. Many of my clients have are engaged in a healing and recovery process from their struggles, but desire a deeper dive into their recovery and understanding of self. Their general goals are to overcome not only the symptoms that brought them to treatment but also what drives those symptoms. Clients seeing me are in need of a therapist who is specifically qualified for their needs & can be up-front and direct while also being compassionate and non-judgmental.

Walking into therapy is the first step to “Doing the Work”, healing and starting a new chapter isn’t easy, but it leads to a journey that is full of new choices and opportunities. My goal is to create a safe environment and allow clients to be free to express their issues and concerns without judgment. I am passionate about helping others draw from their strengths and natural pain if necessary to allow them to thrive. I want to help clients gain the skills and knowledge to create positive changes and walk in their purpose. I am devoted to helping clients find their balance by drawing from a variety of modalities.

Using an intersectional feminist approach, we'll focus on strengths to make small, measurable goals for incremental change.
