I am a highly skilled psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience working with relationships in crisis, individuals suffering from anxiety and depression and parents trying to help their children find authentic success. My 2007 book "More Coaching for Fatherhood" is a guide to both improved parenting and personal growth. My experience allows me to get to the heart of problems quickly and can help you to arrive at solutions. I also offer a short-term therapy called Focus on Change that provides a comprehensive roadmap for living a more vital and meaningful life.
