I was trained as a generalist and treat a wide variety of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I have specialized in the treatment of trauma-related disorders, sexual functioning, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. In treating trauma, I am trained in several research-based treatments, such as EMDR, CPT, and more. I also provide sex therapy services to address common issues, such as desire discrepancy and sexual shame and can integrate these specialties to address sexuality post-trauma. At this time I can also offer integration services following ketamine treatments or personal use of psychedelics.

As an AASECT-certified sex therapist, I've dedicated my career to providing expert knowledge and compassionate guidance to individuals and couples struggling with aspects of their sexuality, including shame, trauma, physical pain, and loss.
