I specialize in helping women whose spouse is struggling with problematic sexual behavior, affair recovery, and marriage issues counseling. Hope begins when you get unstuck and find a way forward. I understand the pain, anxiety, and loneliness that comes when a marriage relationship has drifted apart or even has been shattered by cheating or addictive behaviors. I also know that if both partners are willing to do the work, they can build marriage number 2 that is vibrant, connected, and joyful. My clients have said they "feel comfortable", "cared for", "given hope", "found a way forward", and "feel so much better after therapy".

One thing I have come to understand and appreciate about life is that no matter how far you have gotten in writing your own life story, you can always revamp it, rewrite it, or repurpose any part that you choose! Many times, we hit a certain point (or age) in life and begin to struggle with the idea that life will be only what it has come to be and there is no way to improve our current state of living. We do not give ourselves the credit we deserve, and many times lose ourselves in repetitive self-doubt. Realizing when you have hit this point is the first step and I would be honored to assist you in altering your life story.

I'm both an LPC and LMFT who enjoys helping people of all ages and stages including teens adults, couples and families. The goal of my therapy is build trust and a working alliance so together we process unresolved issues and replace present behaviors, emotions and thoughts causing distress with more effective coping and ways of being that empower you to live the life you've always wanted. My therapy styles include CBT, DBT and I'm solution focused and client centered. I make sure you're heard and understood.
