I am a queer, neurodivergent therapist who is passionate about supporting clients as they uncover and connect with their most authentic, grounded selves. I specialize in working with queer, trans, and non-binary folks, with a focus on sexuality/asexuality, gender, neurodivergence, non-monogamy, and trauma. My clients are often exploring emergent or newly discovered identities, unpacking relational patterns, learning to unmask, and seeking gentler ways to care for themselves. Our work together will be less focused on coping skills or quick solutions, but instead involve deep reflection, processing, and relationship buildling.
I aim to create an empowering, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic space that invites exploration, creativity, and curiosity. Through a balance of warmth, compassion, and supportive challenge, I encourage clients to offer more tender care to parts of themselves that may be suffering. We'll cultivate a space where you feel safe to be fully known.
My approach is grounded in the neurodiversity framework of mental health, pulling from relational, narrative, and somatic therapies. I am committed to anti-oppressive, non-pathologizing practice, and am LGBTQIA2S+ celebratory, sex positive, non-monogamy affirming, kink aware, sex worker affirming, and fat-positive.
