It’s hard to tell someone else your deepest secrets. The truth about your gender, your desires, your struggling relationship. A well of shame has pooled up inside, brought on by years of trying to squeeze yourself into the narrow definitions of sexuality forced on you by society. You’re left feeling alienated and unsure if you will ever find the kind of true connection that you crave. You know deep inside that sexuality is meant to be wonderful…but something is holding you back. Fear of rejection. Fear of judgement. Fear of not being enough. Fear of not knowing what to do. Fear of being alone.

It has been sometime now that things have not been feeling "right." Your relationship is not as fulfilling as you want it to be. Things feel off or disconnected.
