I help men caught in cycles of compulsive sexual behavior and porn use break free from shame so they can rebuild trust with themselves and the people who matter most. If your secret life is bleeding into your real one, you're not broken. You're stuck in a pattern that makes sense once you understand where it started. Recovery isn't about perfect behavior. It's about understanding yourself well enough to make different choices.
I also work with men getting hit by what aging brings up: a health scare, a parent dying, a body that doesn't do what it used to, a marriage that feels distant, kids arriving late or leaving, and the question of who you are now. Most men were never taught to talk about any of this, so it comes out sideways.
I combine clinical training with lived recovery experience. I've sat where you're sitting. We address the behavior AND what's underneath it, with EMDR therapy when trauma is driving the pattern. Individual therapy and a men's accountability group are available. Virtual sessions for men in Georgia and Virginia. You don't have to keep managing this alone.

Action & Process: A Men's Recovery Group
For men in early recovery who need accountability and a clinical container to do the work they can't do alone. Open enrollment, join when you're ready. Two things every week: action steps and process work. We set commitments, report back, and talk about what came up. You don't have to choose between doing the work and understanding it. A clinical group run by a licensed therapist with sixteen years in addiction and trauma. Cost is forty-five dollars per session. Paid consult required. Men in GA, OR, WA, VT, SC, VA.
