If you’ve been holding it together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside, you’re not alone. Many of my clients are high-functioning adults or couples navigating complex trauma, high-conflict relationships, betrayal, or patterns of emotional or sexual disconnection. They’re often the “strong one” and are ready for deeper, lasting change, not just coping. I specialize in complex and relational trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, betrayal trauma, and intimacy challenges, including compulsive sexual behaviors and intimacy or sexual anorexia.
I am an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT) Candidate under CSAT supervision and work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and non-shaming approach. My work integrates EMDR, somatic and parts-based approaches, and attachment-focused therapy to help clients restore nervous system safety, rebuild identity, and create healthier patterns of connection.
Therapy with me is calm, attuned, and intentionally paced. We work with your nervous system rather than pushing past it, so healing becomes integrated and sustainable.
