People can change their behavior when they are educated about how their thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected. I am trained in Eye Movement Integration (EMI), similar to EMDR , which effectively reduces traumatic stress from emotionally and/or physically painful events or lingering feelings of guilt, shame, loneliness in a small number of sessions.
In addition I provide therapy to betrayed partners and couples facing infidelity. I will work with you using Emotionally Focused Therapy to rebuild trust and connection.
