If you’re highly capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or quietly exhausted on the inside, this work may be for you. Many of my clients are high-functioning adults and couples navigating complex trauma, betrayal, or painful relational and intimacy patterns. Often the “strong one,” they’ve outgrown surface-level coping and are ready for precise, depth-oriented work that creates real change. I specialize in complex and relational trauma, attachment and betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, and intimacy challenges, including compulsive sexual behaviors and intimacy or sexual anorexia.

I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, non-shaming approach, integrating EMDR, somatic and parts-based therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to support nervous system safety, identity repair, and healthier connection. I offer customized intensives for individuals and couples: EMDR, KAP, or integrative, for those ready for deep, focused work.
