I also help people with trauma connect with and heal their abused and abandoned often young parts and learn to thrive again. I incorporate Jungian methods to overcome blocks and increase creativity and connection with you full self.
I work with professionals, creatives, and those in transition—navigating burnout, self-doubt, or major life changes. I also support clients who want to integrate spirituality into therapy in a thoughtful, personal way. My approach offers clarity, depth, and space to understand what’s unfolding beneath the surface.
