Like most of my clients, you may want to improve your emotional well-being, manage stress, anxiety, and depression, or boost self-confidence. You may also want to be challenged to become the best version of yourself, to live and love authentically.

I am accepting new clients. I am a mental health therapist with specific experience working with youth, adolescents, and adults. I believe therapy works best when it is a collaborative process where the client and counselor work together toward the client's therapeutic goals. My clinical approach is genuine and non-judgmental. I meet clients where they are and adjust each therapeutic intervention to the individual.

Do you feel like you've tried everything, and it is just not 'clicking' for whatever reason? Has your child's personality shifted? Do you recognize struggles where there have not been any? Are you uncertain about what to do next and afraid that whatever this is, it might get worse? You might not have the words to describe what's happening, or maybe you're left second-guessing your thoughts, feelings, or purpose.

Like many of us, most of my clients are seeking greater meaning in their lives, improved connection and satisfaction in relationships, and relief from loneliness, worry, rumination, and shame. My practice is based on values that emphasize acceptance/non-judgment, compassion, and authenticity. We all need a space where we don't feel judged and are free to explore who we are, what we want, and who we want to become. My approach to therapy is evidence-based yet compassionate, flexible, and individualized.
