We're all unique, so I use a holistic approach to meet you where you are. Utilizing mindfulness-based, somatic (body-centered), cognitive, attachment-based, EMDR, and IFS approaches, my aim is to help you cultivate the self-compassion and empowerment to face the ups and downs of life.
