Many of my clients struggle with dread, shame, anxiety, trauma, existential thoughts, as well as negative expectations for themselves and the world around them. Through a combination of evidence-based techniques, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), mindfulness-based approaches, and a person-centered approach, I meet my clients on the journey of overcoming these obstacles, toward achieving both their emotional and behavioral goals.
I strongly believe that self-empowerment, self-care, and self-awareness are what instills real change in my clients’ lives. I am here to assist others, while still challenging them when needed.
