Interpersonal Psychotherapy group

The focus of this group is that of interpersonal learning and growth, wherein members focus on how they relate to each other in the group process, and wherein much of the learning comes from interactions with other group members. This group is well suited for those who are feeling isolated and depressed and who want to work on some aspect of their relationships. The goal in general is to increase group member's awareness and understand of themselves, others, and their relationships and to change frustrating and unsatisfying interpersonal patterns and relationships to more gratifying and fulfilling ones.
