I help people manage anxiety, depression, and trauma using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I specialize in trauma recovery and LGBTQ-affirming care, offering a supportive space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to heal and move forward.
