“What is something you don’t want this circle to know about you?” In this Men’s Circle, we explore the edges of what's hidden—our fears, longings, and shadows. In learning to know these parts of ourselves, and to be known by others, we discover a truer kind of power rooted in authenticity, trust, and peace. This is a facilitated therapy group for men ready to move beyond isolation, numbness, and self-doubt. Through council, shadow work, poetry, and psychodrama, we explore trust, power, sexuality, family, and integrity. Join us to experience the healing strength of being fully known.
