Whether your relationship is on the verge of total breakup or simply stuck on a single issue, I work with you to develop a plan to get you and your partner out of negative communication patterns. You may feel like you're the only one working, like your partner just can't get it, or like the tiniest look or comment triggers one another and derails all progress. We utilize Gottman and EFT Research methods to get to the root of the problems, which are embedded in our communication patterns. My clients include married and unmarried couples, parents, and families.

The Gottman method and Emotionally Focused Therapy are of the most effective, researched processes available for couples. Both use distinct approaches to get to the root of problems, uncover core emotions, and break down communication blocks. It is a high commitment process that brings results.
